Hi there from Prague,
  it's interesting but I never heard it. I think that it's not so far from
Prague and that I should hear it, if it would be there.
  For example, this evening (about 21:00z) I scanned the whole 160m band. From
1800 kHz up, there are CW HAM stations, a lot of them. From 1850 up LSB HAMs,
exactly as it should be. I can also hear Italian automatic coastal stations at
1852 and 1855 USB. All perfectly clear, 5/9/9. No QRM, almost no static.
  But at 1812, there is nothing similar to the recording mentioned in an URL
published in this thread. Nothing periodical, no pips or buzzes. Really, really
nothing. I've tried LSB, USB, AM. Just a lot of HAM CW traffic. So, either
  - the Polish pip doesn't transmit 24/7
  - or its antennas are directional with big suppression in the south direction
    (maybe if it's Polish navy, it makes sense)
  - or it is a real QRP
  - or any combination of the above.
  I would like to hear it on my IC-7000, really!
