[Spooks] UVB-76 Buzzer experiencing outage due to maintenance or replacement

The tune you were hearing was "Swan Lake" by Tchaikovsky (how fitting!) The tests consist of vocal counts by 1-10, normal "buzzer" tones, and "Swan Lake". I have been monitoring thru a stream located on uvb-76.net.
