[Spooks] UVB-76 Buzzer experiencing outage due to maintenance or replacement

I am. Currently recording morse code being received from the buzzer.
I've recorded a confirmed female voice counting 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0
and 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
as well as music. male voice counting 1-10, normal buzzer tx, and now
morse code.
