[Spooks] 40 meter CW 5 character groups

Yesterday between 2300Z and 2330Z I was tuning below the 40m ham band and 
heard a station at 6856 sending steady 5character letter groups at about 
20wpm.  The content seemed a little odd and that the character G appeared too 
frequently and C and F never appeared.  Also, within a group a character was 
ofter repeated.  After about 15 minutes the station sent AR SK.  
I tuned up a little and heard a similar station sending a little faster at 
6891kHz.  His content seemed more random.
I'm going to listen for these stations again.  I'd love to know who they 
are and where.
