[Spooks] Is that HAARP on 3300.0?

Hi,
3300 is a known HAARP operating frequency. I monitored
a weeks long evening HAARp test on 5800 a few years
ago and received a surprisingly delightful QSL package
from them for my snail mail reception reports! I would
keep checking 3300 and 5800 nightly as HAARP apprently
works weekends :-)
