[Spooks] SK01 17436 (dial) at 1616, 1624

17436.0  Correctly tuned USB dial frequency for RDFT transfer from Cuba 
(SK01) of file 33641294.TXT at 1616. Usual S9+30 dB carrier up first, 
usual heterodynes. Some of this is grunge from my computer.  Some of it 
isn't.

The file contained two blocks of the usual binary crud, both beginning 
with lines:

23233232332323323233232332323323233232332323323233

(10 repetitions of the 5F group 23233).

This same file was passed again at 1624.  No fading AT ALL. None.  Not 
even a couple of dB.
