A quick google search turned up the following info:

"DQ2006(x) and DR2006(x) are SPECIAL EVENT STATIONS during the
FOOTBALL WORLD CUP 2006 held in GERMANY.
The HAM-Radio activity starts May, 13th and ends July 16th 2006.
There is a total of 38 special event stations active during this
event, 26 of them with the DQ2006 prefix, 12 with the DR2006 prefix -
located in the different DARC districts."

A little more info about them is avaiable from http://tinyurl.com/mug46 .

Cheers,

John.
