[Spooks] 200BV?

There seem to be quite a few of them active. DQ2006D, DQ2006M, DQ2006R,
DR2006O, DR2006K, etc.
They all have "2006" in the calls. Whenever someone shows up with such
unusual calls, people have a hard time getting them right. So, yes;
that's probably what the ham worked on 30 m.
