Maybe yes and maybe no.  This time Sam's been going all night. I had the 
radio tuned to 3700 all night and heard it when I woke up several times. 
I can hear it quite well on 6500 and 10500 this morning.

Given the proper equipment, it would have been easy to DF the signal on 
any one frequency in a few minutes.  Four frequncies going all night ... 
if the FCC wanted to, they could've found the exact location and driven to 
it and stopped it by now.

I suspect there's more going on here than meets the eye.
