Greetings from Brooklyn, NYC.  Sam is probably a radio pirate or some
drunken
ham with a really nice transmitter with nothing better to do.  The military
would'nt interfere with other radio traffic and they also would'nt waste
thier
time transmitting Yosemite Sam.  Whoever Sam is, he is having a good laugh
at
all these theories.
