[Spooks] Buzz Location?

I know nothing more than what I  forwarded, which is from Friday's ARRL 
letter.....I dont even know IF they've (the FCC) located its source. Seeing 
the corrupt cozyness of the FCC and the BPL interference generators, I 
doubt they will take it seriously, exactly like they ignore the real-time 
BPL interference complaints, which are well documented, and presented as 
official complaints of a part 15 service interfering with a licensed service..
If anyone's got either an audio recording, or a specrtogram, I'd appreciate 
a copy for analysis.
