Yeah, 

  No joy here. Given vital role of ham radio in the Hurricane Follies of 
late, always report BPL to FCC. Story couple weeks ago re $10/k fine to power 
company in mid-west for BPL. These bugs want to play, let them pay. "Rural 
internet access" my foot.
   Since when did interference become 'acceptable', as some at the FCC in 
thrall to grease are often wont to say? If that's the case, let's fire up our 
homebrew transmitters and send our own spooksigs. So long as we're not radiating 
'unacceptable interference', we can cite the BPL  fiasco as a defense.
