[Spooks] Equipment

I started with a Grundig YB-400, which I bought at a local electronics 
shop.  Still have it as my portable.   Then I went for a Drake SW-2, 
which was a really nice radio, and I'm sorry I sold it - bought it 
directly from www.rldrake.com.  My SW radio now is a Drake R8B, and I'm 
glad I bought it a few years ago, from Amateur Electronics Supply 
(www.aesham.com) when we were on a trip to Wisconson - I paid $1,200.  
Now the radio's $300 more.  It has a rather plain face, but it's a heck 
of a good shortwave receiver.  I have no intention of replacing it any 
time soon.
