I am listening to it right now.  The station on at the moment (~0330Z, 29 
Oct) is much stronger than the bubble jammer here, but it's in Spanish, 
which I have extremely limited knowledge of (a few words and the numbers). 
But I'm guessing that it's the VOA.  I'll keep listening for an ID.
