[Spooks] V2 mistakes&loc. discussion

Hello,
my two cent to that discussion:
there are several ways a transmitted broadcast audio (say radio habana) can
appear in a close audio system (modulation for another broadcast station,
say V2). I am living next to a big medium wave site, and my father is
working at the telephone company, and collected a lot of experience in
interference reduction. As every one who repairs phones next to transmitter
sites.
Even the cuban, its believed that they do everything in a bad way, what
doesnt have to be reality - "even" they could afford and do such phone-line
interference blocking, even if they where that bad. Such an agencies phone
line is one of the most important ones...
And there is also an anti-click&announcement protection, you can add a pilot
tone on the phone line, and remove it with a band rejection filter before
using as mod. signal for the transmitter. The pilot should be used for
keying control, so when there is a caller without pilot tone or the pilot
tone disappears and ithe original caller is replaced by the automatic
announcement, the transmitter would shut down and save power immediately.
there are more sophisticated ways, with voice encoding using a valid encoded
signal or even using digital signals, but thats a bit overkill, and sure V2
transmits longer than you can get a sufficient modem.
So, there is no real need for such "hint-giving" mistakes !
I guess someone tries to fool somebody, or maybe its a part of the message:
"Hey Carlos, they sent a busy signal again. Its our big boys birthday!"
Just my two cent
Best regards,
Don Hendi (nr. Frankfurt, actually never heard V2. Can somebody guide me
there ? :)
