hi... if the the conspiracy is to make us believe
V2/M8 is from Cuba "they" have to do it in a non perfect
way, let's say in the 'cuban way' ;-)  

But, if the other "they" (Cuba) want to make us believe 
that not "they" (Cuba) are the producer, 
but the US, so "they" transmit US sounds mixed with V2/M8. 

Or maybe they want to make us believe that we believe 
that they want to make us believe to believe...hi
