[Spooks] Automated CW beacon heard on 5371.5 kHz

 I'm hearing a recurring CW broadcast with a carrier frequency of 
approximately 5372.2 kHz, right on one of the 60m channels amateurs 
share with other services.  Each broadcast consists of 15 characters and 
is sent once per minute.  It was 589 in the Los Angeles CA region at 
1500Z and is getting weaker by the minute. 

The sequence appears to be some sort of semiautomated propagation beacon 
with the first numerical field in each message incrementing every 
transmission, possibly for use as a time stamp.
