Here's one I can't identify, maybe someone can help;

I was checking for E 10 on 6840 USB, when I heard something on AM. It was;
Female voice, Phonetic alphabet, series of 14 letters phonetically for two
sets, "once again" series of 29 letters, something unintelligable, series of
3 letters.  This is a somewhat different phonetic alphabet from E 10's (e.g.
"Cameo" instead of "Charlie").

The voice is somewhat distorted, as though the signal is overdriven.

Another message at 0151.  Announced that the message was "28 characters"
then gave sets of 14 / 14 letters.  Ended 0156.

I have a MP3 recording of the end of the first broadcast, and all but the
first couple of seconds of the second.
