[Spooks] Jammer ? 9.251 Khz Wed 17th Nov - midday

Could someone confirm for me that this is a jammer ? if not what is it...?

it's been on here for about an hour or two now.....

maybe, if you could also give me an idea of signal strength and your location too.

My location is Norfolk UK and the tx is between an S4 and S9 on my 706MKIIG
