I also have the 1st edition of the book, a paperback reprint of 1977
mentioning an original copyright of 1968:
Sphere books, UK, 476 pages, 1.25pounds list price then
(wow, thats low :-) )
The front cover says: "There are stories in this book to cause red
faces in all the major capitals of the world" The Observer.
