I paid $14.95 for the first edition which came out in 1967. I still
have it. When the 2nd edition came out in 1996 it was updated for the
computer age, but not much was added to the first edition, so I
decided not to buy it. The hefty price increase was not worth
upgarding just to have an additional chapter.

BTW, Amazon.com says the list price is 70 bucks. but is giving a 30
percent discount making the price $49.00. Amazon.co.uk says the list
price is �50.00, but is selling it for �35.00.
