Hi List:

    Sorry, had to redo my posting in text form as this list will not accept
html.

    Here is V2c skeds as discovered for the months of November and December
2004.  My notes are included at the end of the list.  Hope this is helpful
to all.
    Please do not record your logs of this network as V2.  This is not V2!
V2 is a different format which is usually a 3-digit address and a group
count.  V2a is three 5-digit addresses with each address being sent its own
150 group message.  V2c has the distinctive pause after every 10th group in
its messages.  Pauses also heard in callups which do not include the group
count.
    M8 has not been heard since 1996,  M8a uses "BT or =" after the callups,
"AR" after a message and "SK" at end of sked.  M8c uses "K" after the
callups, "OE" (the "E" is just a blip) after a message and "0 0 0" (3 zeros
sent as cut numbers "T T T") at end of sked.
    Hope this helps with any confusion, especially with the newcomers to the
list.  The correct Enigma designation will keep the Spook Database accurate
for any searches one may wish to make.

Notes:

1.   There is a distict pause every 10th group in message.
2.   Callups used in November/December 2004:
      a.   Atencion 888 16x2 (pause) Atencion 252 166x1 (pause)
            Atencion 888 16x2 (pause) (R3)
      b.   Atencion 346 72x5 (pause) (R3)
3.   AM carrier is usually up sometimes for 40+ minutes before first
      scheuled broadcast.
4.   Sometimes sked gets off to an early start or a late start from the
      hour.
5.   Messages do not seem to have the same first two groups and
      last two groups in their format as the V2a and M8a/M8c formats.
6.   Each set of callups seem to have its own message that it has
      been repeating.  In other words, this network has been repeating
      the same two messages for two months.  I will try and verify this
      with further monitoring in December.
