Hi List:
Here is V2c skeds as discovered for the months of November and
December 2004. My notes are included at the end of the list. Hope this is
helpful to all. Please do not record your logs of this network as V2. This
is not V2! V2 is a different format. It does not use the pause after every
10th group. It is currently active, and usually sends a 3-digit callup plus
the group count. V2a is also active with its 3-address callup and then a
separate 150 group message to each of the addresses. Also, log the M8a and
M8c formats as what they are. M8 alone is not a current format. It hasn't
been since 1996. M8a uses "BT or =" after the callup, "AR" after a message,
and "SK" at the end of the sked. M8c instead uses "K" after the callup,
"OE" (the "E" is just a blip) after the message, and "0 0 0" (3 cut zeros
represented as a "T T T") at the end of sked. Hope this helps with the
confusion, especially for those newcomers to the list. The correct
designation will keep the Spooks Database accurate for searches. Hope my
information is of help.

NOTES:
1. There is a distinct pause every 10th group in message.
2. Callups used in November/December 2004:
a. Atencion 888 16x2(pause) Atencion 252
166x1(pause) Atencion 888 16x2(pause) (R3)
b. Atencion 346 72x5 (R3)
3. AM carrier is usually up sometimes for 40+ minutes
before scheduled broadcast.
4. Sometimes sked gets off to a late start or an early
start, from the hour.
5. Messages do not seem to have the same first two groups
and last two groups in their format as the V2a and M8a/M8c family
6. Each set of the two callups seem to have its own message
that is continually repeated each time its callup is used. Will try and
verify this in December monitoring.
