[Spooks] audio clip of V2c "interval" available

I agree it's really interesting.  Reminds me of listening to Radio Habanna
many years ago when the interval signal ran for many minutes before the sign
on.  I wonder if the wrong feed was there.  I see Chris Smolinski heard a
similar broadcast yesterday.
