[Spooks] audio clip of V2c "interval" available

Verrrrry Interesting!  About 2 minutes of Radio Havana interval signal which
sounds off-frequency and changes pitch, one and a half characters of M8 CW,
then into an already-in-progress V2 broadcast (at least that's how it sounds
to me).

Pedro must've been either drunk or high on something else.  :)
