[Spooks] Bizarre experience

I am only sure of what I hear.  I monitor 11,175 KHz USB and have for a
decade.  If they are a few Hz off, I would not notice, if they switch to
LSB, I would not hear them.  So as far as I know and from what I read in the
logs here...  11,175 KHz USB.
