[Spooks] Bizarre experience

I was just listening to 11175 (USB)...0110 UTC, and what I heard (very poor
reception) was a man's voice that sounded like "4-4-3-zero"...and I couldn't
pick up anything else. Sue

I would guess EAM as well.  Listen to 11175 USB, many there each day.
