Hallo Thomas,

the station, that you observed, is called S10D and is operated (probably)
by the Czech Intel. In the 80s there was another station (also S10) on the
air with the same YL's voice, but with a five note intro. Simon Mason has
recordings of it on his web page (www.simonmason.karoo.net/page30.html), an
excellent homepage of numbers stations with many explinations. This station
is NOT the "Bulgarian Betty", that was an older one, which I don't know.
But Simon calls it "Bulgarian Betty". The voice of this station is used
knowadays, but without intro.
