following ? Sounds czech, YL (was 2-9-03 1745z on 6945 kHz, AM)
(Found 6945 in older DB for S17, the system looks like 
Bulgarian Betty [S10] maybe ?)

Which language  ? Czech ? 

Is there a webpage with a complete summary
