Hola Roberto! and others...
I checked the mentioned frequencies in the ILG database of March 2003 and
found the following:
7540 - CNR Music jammer [CNR = China National Radio]
Radio Free Asia (unknown location)
13810 - Radio Liberty (Sri Lanka)
15680 - Radio Free Asia (unknown location)
Voice of Tibet (Kazakhstan0
13810 and 15680 also house some religious broadcasters (from Germany), but I
think we can safely discard them as the origin of these signals, which BTW I
heard from appros 21:30-22:00Z, when signing off; however reappearing at
some time before 22:45Z and still transmitting now (23:30Z).
Part of the music clearly reminds me of the revolutionary ballet Red
Detachment of Women (1970's), so I think it is safe (though still risky) to
assume that these transmissions originate in China and I would not be
surprised if these are "music jammers" to interfere with transmissions from
Radio Free Asia, Radio Liberty and/or Voice of Tibet. I don't think this has
much to do with numbers stations - unfortunately..

> Hi Spooks.
> I have heard, here in Spain, some kind of oriental musics (it sounds like
chinesse music). Always sounds the same themes during a period of two hours
(aprox.) I have monitorized it between 2200Z y 2400Z. Transmisions finish
with some words in chinesse (???) by a female voice. The frequencies 15680,
138010, 7540 kHz, modulation AM.
