[Spooks] Oriental music.

Hi Spooks.
I have heard, here in Spain, some kind of oriental musics (it sounds like chinesse music). Always sounds the same themes during a period of two hours (aprox.) I have monitorized it between 2200Z y 2400Z. Transmisions finish with some words in chinesse (???) by a female voice. The frequencies 15680, 138010, 7540 kHz, modulation AM.
I think that this station has some kind of relation with a number station, but which?
Has anybody some ideas?
