Sorry for the backward of my answer.
I wasn't sure for the contents of the message of USAF, but after reading
your n&o#0,I' m ok.
Concerning my question on 4360, I choose for unid russian military station
(and not for numbers station like S06).
But it's difficult to understand with the problem of language.
Since seveveral days there is hight QRM, noise...so I can't record it.
Messages are EAMs ? I don't know.
They are generally shorts, and uses numbers(nol, chetire, odin...).

I don't know what station you mean, Laurent. Is it a numbers station? There
are
two Slavic stations on 4360, Gdynia Radio and Murmansk Radio, both are
coastal
stations
