Personally I can't see the benefit of using two seperate transmitter sites
to send a message. From what I've read, E10 uses RCS, or reduced carrier
sideband. This is basically a single-sideband signal with an AM carrier
that is about half the strength of the sideband signal. This can be handy
for agents who have either an AM-only receiver, or those who have
SSB-capable receivers.
