[Spooks] Anyone able to ID?

Hey,

Heard @ 1513UTC on 12603 USB.

Heard a bit of Morse code, I am not the best with Morse and the signal was 
weak, so I wasn't able to copy much of anything.  I did notice that the set 
was repeating constantly with no changes in what it was sending.  Also, 
after each set of letters/numbers there would be eight (8) chirps.  These 
chirps sounded like a cricket and were rapid in succession but evenly 
spaced.  Any ideas?  I looked through the logs and only saw E3 
(Lincolnshire Poacher) on this frequency.  I have heard that Enigma 
before...but never heard it via CW.  Am I missing something?
