I think a warning should of sufficed....passion about such an important 
topic as our freedom to listen to the airwaves is germane to all of us, I'd 
dare say. A request to keep it civil should of sufficed. If he ignored 
that, the by all means red crayon him.

Different lists tolerate different levels of expression. Since his was 
obviously based in his passion, and not a direct personal attack on 
someone, I think that was overly harsh.
