I'll make some recordings available soon. Unfortunately, I digitized each 
recording and tagged the file name with the time and frequency of the 
recording, but because I burned them onto a CD in wav format, I can't get a 
computer to recognize them as anything but Track01, Track02, etc. Anyone 
know a workaround for this?

  Can't you copy the files to your desktop? Then you can use Music Match
Jukebox, or a similar utility to convert them to mp3 files and then rename
them anything you want.
