[Spooks] Weird tones

I sent a prior message out but used my AOL native browser which has the HTML issue so that message prob didn't get thru. In any case this signal is SOUTH of NJ since it's much stronger on my SOUTH Flag antenna. I thought it was two separate carriers in a controlled drift with the result creating the odd sounding heterodynes. I still think it is two separate carriers however this message below sounds plausible too - I recall from my days at the telco we used sweep tones like this to test and equalize lines. In any case I do not think this signal is transmitting any imbedded messages..
