[Spooks] Weird tones

These signals are south of me in Northern NJ - got them on my south facing 
Flag antenna the strongest.  It seems these are two separate carriers which 
are drifting up and down the band in some unsual controlled way. The result 
is sweeping heterodyning .. you can hear it plainly on AM mode too. I am 
certain it's at least 2 different carriers. Could be some sort of ionospheric 
testing thing...
