[Spooks] 31 meter oddity positively identified

Hugh hit the nail on the head. I checked out the
suggested soundbyte of the Radio Havana jingle,
and, mystery solved. What I heard on 31 meters
was Radio Havana. What was unusual, though, was
the number of times this 7 note tone was
repeated- six or so.
