[Special-Events] Pocono Garlic Festival

For the third straight year, we will once again be operating our Special
Event Station from the Pocono Garlic Festival in Stroudsburg, PA, on
September 4, 2004.

As in previous years, we will be operating of 40 meters, somewhere around
7250.

Hours of operation will be from 10 AM Local to around 4 PM Local, depending
on propagation.

A very nice color certificate will be sent to all stations worked who send
an SASE ( 9 x 12 envelope recommended if you do not want the certificate
folded).
