[SOC] Is it designed to do this ?

Real Cowboy Coffee was made with an old sock, sometimes clean, throw ground coffee in sock and put sock in water. I have used paper towels for filters in an old Melitia pot..... where you just add hot water.

I think the Keurig coffee leaves a lot to be desired, if I had one I would have the reusable filter and put some real grounds in it. We just kept a kettle on the wood stove, always ready when we were on the farm !

Sorry for your loss, not a good time of year for that, kinda wrecks your spirit.

I need AK in my Log, what bands and times do you frequent ? It would be a long haul from FL but I have heard them before and 40m for me has been looooong.

John
