[SOC] SOC Achievement Awards, to be named "Clanger-Award"

                             Could we suggest that any such SOC 
Achievement Award be named the "Clanger Award" if that is not considered 
too non-SOC is its appropriateness.  We home your all keeping well ,safe 
and sane while this flu-bug hysteria lasts.
