Sri, I can not find this brief glimpse.
@ t=6m46sec we shortly see the dog, that is the evening before next day,
when "K4LZ" goes out to search for his dog.

As for the CB terminology, that's maybe bcoz "once upon a time"...

The other day, after watching to the video for the first time, I have made
a search for both calls (W2VA & K4LZ). Both calls are still active but the
FCC history log does not list back to the 1966 year :^p
That would be interesting to know if the current holders of these calls
(one being a club) are aware of this video.
