[SOC] Why SOC?

Color Burst Liberation Army?  Wouldn't that be on 80 meters?  But I like
the idea.  I would like to start a Pixie II Liberation Army - does any body
know why every Pixie kit comes with a crystal for 7.023?  You would think
that they would sell more if the crystal was in the Technician band
starting at 7025.
