[SOC] MCW via heterotone

Heterotone is the use of a tone oscillator to modulate the carrier in the receiver rather than using a BFO.  If there is no QRM it works and sounds great but all  carriers in the IF passband have the same tone, so if there are several, good luck.

I added this to an older radio that drifted like crazy and it was fun.  As the station got weaker I had to re-tune but it always had the same tone.
