[SOC] Digital crowding (and other myths)

Perhaps this test should be weighed against the overall terrible band conditions across the globe and time of year?

From a purely scientific point of view if one were desirous to determine band usage it might be more accurate to conduct the testing at various times of the year, from different locations, and across sunspot cycles. 

I do however agree, somewhat, that at least this year that band usage is less than in years past.
