[SOC] 14015 khz, 14055 khz and 14090 khz

Best defense of "CW spectrum" is to get in there a occupy it with lots 
of close packed "legal limit" CW QSOs. Digimode signals are no match for 
a raft of strong CW, I understand.

As for so called intruders see my previous email today.
