[SOC] 14015 khz, 14055 khz and 14090 khz

Someone better report this . . . I won't.

My ARRL membership was cancelled after over 45 years when Dave Sumner
accused me of being greedy asking him to defend our CW spectrum.  ARRL will
be hard pressed to do anything that doesn't bring in money with no effort
expended.
