[SOC] Kenwood TS-440SAT 160 meter power limit removal anyone?

Hi All, I wonder if anyone has in-depth experience of this set can help.
I recently acquired one and it works fine. But although it is "opened 
up" (I use it on 60 meters for daily rag-chewing),it still has a power 
limit in place for 160 meters of 10 watts I wish to remove.  I am 
looking for someone who has removed this limit in the past from this set.
