[SOC] S38 tube count (was ARRL Handbook, etc.)

I was texting while sitting at a couple or three lights. I should have read the other comments first. I sure didn’t know that the plain was different than the ones with letters... however I was delighted to find my pronouncement qualifies me for an SOC Merit Award.
